Cancellation Policy

At Leah’s Skin Studio, I value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure I can provide the best possible service to all our clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: - 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. - No Call/No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. - Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
